Production Tiers

Tier 1: Basic ($2,500)
Single-location shoots with one interview subject and basic b-roll. Ideal for testimonials and simple corporate videos.
Tier 2: Standard ($3,500)
Multiple interviews, product demonstrations, or promotional videos requiring more complex shooting arrangements.
Tier 3: Complex ($5,000)
Documentary-style productions with multiple locations, interviews, and narrative elements. Requires extensive pre-production for cohesive storytelling.
Tier 4: Custom ($6,000+)
Commercial productions and custom projects with specific technical requirements or complex creative elements.

Edit Hours

For startup client testimonials, we did 2 multi-interview pieces that needed 25-30 hours for content selection, response organization, and smooth transitions.

The nonprofit mini-doc took 40-45 hours - one complex piece with multiple storylines and perspectives woven together.

University needed 3 custom promos requiring 35-40 hours to maintain consistent branding and creative cohesion.

Simple startup b-roll package came in at 6-8 hours for basic editing and brand consistency.

Add-On Services

Pre-Production

Audience Research - This process involves understanding the client’s target audience by analyzing demographics, behaviors, and preferences.

Location Scouting - This is when we check out the filming location beforehand. We're looking at things like where the sun hits, checking for noisy AC units, making sure we have enough power outlets. Usually takes 2-3 hours.

Script Development - Full script writing service. We interview stakeholders, write a first draft, and handle revisions. Plan for 1-2 weeks.

Concept Development - The creative planning phase. We figure out the look, feel, and core message. Usually done in 2-3 meetings.

Storyboarding - We sketch out every shot. Very helpful for complex videos or when multiple stakeholders need to approve the vision.

Production Day

Hair and Makeup - Professional styling, usually arrives 1 hour before filming. Great for leadership or customer testimonials.

Additional Camera - A second camera setup with operator. Gives us more angles to work with, good for interviews.

Dedicated Audio - A dedicated sound person with high-end mics. Essential for events or challenging spaces.

Studio Rental - Full-day access to the studio space. Controlled environment, lots of gear available.

Teleprompter - Comes with an operator. Good for scripted messages or when precision wording is needed.

Post-Production

High-Resolution Stills - We pull professional-quality photos from the video footage. Great for social media or press.

B-Roll Content Gallery - A selection of the best video clips pulled, color graded, and exported in web friendly formats.
